30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition (unwashed, undamaged, and free of excessive pet hair/debris).
It must be in its original packaging.
You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at hello@calmpawsy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and send you the exact return address and shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@calmpawsy.com with photo/video proof. We will replace it right away or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
(Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (such as a different size or color) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
